Appointments are Required
An appointment is currently required to obtain a new or replacement BuckID or departmental badge.
Appointments can be scheduled online, and are accepted up to 10 days in advance of the appointment date. Customers that arrive without an appointment may be turned away or asked to wait in a standby line behind those that have scheduled an appointment. Wait times in the standby line can be significant during peak times.
Please note that you must bring a valid government photo ID or passport with you to your appointment!
