Appointments are Recommended

An appointment is recommended to obtain a new or replacement BuckID or departmental badge.

Appointments can be scheduled online, and are accepted up to 10 days in advance of the appointment date. Customers that arrive without an appointment may be asked to wait in a standby line behind those that have scheduled a guaranteed appointment. Wait times in the standby line can be significant during peak times.

Please note that you must bring a valid government photo ID or passport with you to your appointment!

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can do so from the link contained in the confirmation email that you received after scheduling your appointment. If you no longer have the email, you can email our office to cancel the appointment.
